Privacy policy
The short version
Reading this website tells us nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts, and every file a page loads — fonts, images, stylesheets, scripts — comes from this domain. Nothing here calls out to another company while you read.
The one exception is the enquiry form, and it only applies if you actually use it. Sending that form is the single moment this site contacts anyone else, and the section below sets out exactly what happens.
What the website stores
Nothing on your device. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. You will not see a cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
The enquiry form
The form asks for your name, phone number, the city the property is in, what kind of project you are planning and roughly when you want to start. Email and “how did you hear about us?” are optional. That is the whole of it — there is no hidden field collecting anything else, and nothing is gathered about you in the background.
The form is ordinary HTML. It loads no script and no embedded widget, so until you press Send your browser has not contacted anybody but this website. Pressing Send posts what you typed to Formspark, a form-handling service, which emails it to us and keeps a copy in our account so a message cannot be lost to a mail problem.
We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing. Formspark processes it on our behalf and does not use it for anything of its own.
Copies stay in the Formspark account until we delete them — the service does not expire them on a schedule, so there is no honest fixed period to quote. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Nothing forces you to use the form. Ringing us reaches the same person and involves no third party at all.
Server logs
Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard technical logs — IP address, page requested, browser type, time of request — for security and reliability. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not combined with any other information.
When you call or email
If you ring or email using the details on this site, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, contact details and a description of your project. We use that solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the work. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as it is useful for the project or required for our records.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners and businesses. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to another website, that site's own privacy practices apply once you leave here.
Changes
If we add anything to this site that changes the picture above — analytics, a map embed or an off-domain video, for example — this page will be updated to say so before or at the same time.
